Local Whiskers, Inc. is an all-volunteer, non-profit stray cat rescue established in March 2019.

We rescue, treat, and find forever homes for at-risk cats found outdoors in 

York County Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. 

We are a foster-based rescue with loving and knowledgable cat families spread throughout the county answering the call to help local, stray and abandoned cats/kittens and bring them into our homes

to find them a  loving, forever home of their own.

Local Whiskers is firmly committed to spaying/neutering all pets.

We also assist in TNR projects for community cats.

We are deeply grateful for community support, including donations , adoptions and fostering!
